An appeals court in Albania has ordered new psychological reports in the case of a schoolboy who was stabbed to death near a school in Tirana.
The court partly reopened the case and said fresh assessments were needed for Mario Pelleshaj, the teenager convicted of the killing, and for Luis Mece, who was wounded in the same attack.
Two psychologists have been appointed and will meet both teenagers before preparing their reports. The next hearing is due on 1 July.
Pelleshaj was sentenced to 16 years in prison for killing Martin Cani and for the attempted murder of Mece.
Cani was killed after a fight between minors near a school in Tirana.
