NATO leaders will meet in Ankara on 7 and 8 July for a summit expected to focus on defence spending, Ukraine and the future security role of Europe.
The leaders of the alliance’s 32 member states will gather at the Bestepe Presidential Complex. It is the second time Turkey has hosted a NATO summit, after the 2004 meeting in Istanbul.
NATO says the summit will review progress since last year’s meeting in The Hague and set out how allies will turn defence pledges into results.
The agenda includes collective defence, higher military spending, defence production and long-term support for Ukraine. A defence industry forum will also be held on 7 July.
