Kosovo parties still need deal on new president

Kosovo party leaders are in talks on forming new institutions after the parliamentary elections.

Vetëvendosje has enough support to form a government, but the choice of a new president remains the main obstacle.

Acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti said the parties should agree on a non-party figure who can represent unity.
