Demand for short-term rentals in Albania rose more than twice as fast as supply in June, pushing bookings and prices higher.
Booked nights increased by 22.6% from a year earlier, while the number of available properties grew by just over 9%.
The average nightly price rose to nearly €66, while occupancy reached almost 59%.
Over the past 12 months, the market generated an estimated €144 million in revenue, up 20%.
Albania also recorded the fastest growth in short-term rental listings among the six regional countries covered by AirDNA.
