Albin Kurti’s Vetëvendosje has won Kosovo’s early parliamentary election, but is short of the numbers needed to govern alone.
With 99% of votes counted, the party had more than 43%.
The Democratic Party of Kosovo came second, followed by the Democratic League of Kosovo and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo.
The Belgrade-backed Serbian List won 5.92%.
Turnout was low, with just over 675,000 people voting, or 34.49% of registered voters.
The result leaves Kosovo facing coalition talks after its third parliamentary election in 16 months.
