The death toll from Venezuela’s two powerful earthquakes has risen to at least 1,430.
National Assembly president Jorge Rodríguez said 3,238 people had been injured and more than 3,000 families had lost their homes.
He said the country had recorded more than 400 aftershocks since the two main quakes hit on Wednesday.
The coastal city of La Guaira is among the worst-hit areas.
Tens of thousands of people are still reported missing there.
Anger is growing over the speed and coordination of the government response.
Residents say local people have had to organise much of the emergency help themselves.
Rescue teams from Mexico, Brazil and other countries are working in the affected areas.
