Serbia has the most names on the list, with 49.
Kosovo has 29, Bosnia and Herzegovina 26, North Macedonia 12, Albania eight and Montenegro seven.
The sanctions target alleged organised crime, corruption, terrorism, regional destabilisation and efforts to help Russia bypass restrictions.
The measures can freeze assets, block financial access and limit travel or business activity.
Washington renewed its Western Balkans sanctions framework for another year in June 2026.
Albania’s sanctioned list includes alleged organised crime figures, companies accused of helping Russia evade sanctions and organisations linked by the US to terrorism.
