
Prime Minister Edi Rama is travelling to Ankara for a two-day NATO summit hosted by Turkey.
Turkish media said President Recep Tayyip Erdogan plans to meet leaders from all 32 NATO countries, including Rama.
The talks are expected to focus on defence spending, NATO’s military strength, the war in Ukraine and security risks facing the alliance.
Erdogan is also due to meet U.S. President Donald Trump, with a joint news conference expected after their talks.
NATO leaders will attend an official dinner on Tuesday before the main summit session on Wednesday.
