Canada beat Qatar 6-0 as Mexico beat South Korea

Canada delivered the biggest win of the latest World Cup action, beating Qatar 6-0 to boost their hopes of reaching the knockout stage.

Mexico also moved closer to qualification with a 1-0 win over South Korea, making it two wins from two in Group A.

Czechia kept their campaign alive with a 1-1 draw against South Africa, leaving both teams still in the race before the final group matches.

Switzerland also strengthened their position in Group B with a 4-1 win over Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The results leave Mexico in control of Group A, while Canada and Switzerland are well placed in Group B heading into the final round.
