A company owned by a US-sanctioned businessman wanted by Kosovo over the Banjska attack has won more than 1 million euros in contracts from Serbian institutions this year, Radio Free Europe reports.
Radule Stevic’s company, Rad 028, has won 10 contracts since the start of 2026, according to Serbian tender records, although more than 20 earlier projects remain unfinished.
RFE found the company was not operating at its registered address in Zvecan, northern Kosovo. It also visited six project sites and reported finding no workers, machinery or signs that work was under way.
Stevic is under US sanctions over alleged links to Milan Radoicic, who has admitted organizing the September 2023 Banjska attack, in which Kosovo police officer Afrim Bunjaku was killed.
Kosovo prosecutors also accuse Stevic of helping Radoicic launder money through his companies. Radoicic is believed to be in Serbia. (RFE)
