Kosovo bans Serbian minister for life

Kosovo has permanently banned a Serbian government minister from entering the country following her controversial wartime remarks.

Authorities declared Snežana Paunović persona non grata after she claimed she would have ethnically cleansed Kosovo in 1998.

Interior officials in Pristina warned that any attempt to revive wartime atrocities or threaten state security will face immediate legal consequences.

European leaders strongly condemned the comments, declaring zero tolerance for rhetoric that glorifies ethnic cleansing.
