Albania and Kosovo signed a labour mobility agreement in Tirana to improve access to jobs, vocational training and employment services in both countries.
The deal sets a framework for cooperation between the two governments on job placement, skills training, exchange of labour-market information and support for employers looking for qualified workers.
Economy and Innovation Minister Delina Ibrahimaj said the agreement would bring the two labour markets closer and make services easier for citizens and businesses.
Kosovo’s labour minister, Andin Hoti, said the deal would expand access to employment and training programmes on both sides of the border.
This is still simple, but less “dumbed down.” “Labour mobility agreement” is a useful term here because the article is about cross-border work access, not just a generic jobs deal.
