Official trade data shows more than five thousand Albanian immigrants now run building and repair firms across the country.
During the 2004 Olympics property boom, around 150,000 Albanians dominated the Greek construction sector as basic workers.
However, a severe financial crisis later forced tens of thousands to move to northern Europe or return home.
As Greece enjoys a fresh property boom, established Albanian contractors are expanding rapidly and hiring local staff, while builders import new workers from Asia to fill labor shortages.
