EIB grants €350,000 for museum restoration

TIRANA — The European Investment Bank has signed a deal with Albania’s tourism ministry to fund advisory services for the reconstruction of the National Historical Museum in Tirana.

The €350,000 grant will support design, technical review and project supervision. The museum was damaged in the 2019 earthquake.

The funding is part of the EIB’s Western Balkans programme.
