Fifteen people have been taken to hospital after a tram came off the tracks in Belgrade and crashed into a shop.
The accident happened on Monday morning in Dorćol, near the centre of the Serbian capital.
Prosecutors have ordered checks on the tram and security camera footage as they investigate the cause.
Belgrade’s public transport company said the tram may have been going too fast as it passed through a track switch.
Most injuries were reported to be minor, but two passengers suffered broken limbs. The tram driver was also injured.
A worker inside the shop told Radio Free Europe she heard a loud crash that sounded like an explosion.
The damaged tram was pulled from the building about two hours later.
