Prime Minister Edi Rama announced today that the government has decided to declare Sunday a day of mourning to honour the victims caused by the deadly train collision in Greece.
So far, death toll is 57 and three of the victims are believed to be Albanian.
“Greece’s tragedy is our tragedy. The pain for the lost lives in that terrible accident is also our pain,” Rama said.
“On Sunday, Albania will honour the victims of the tragedy by joining neighbouring Greece in flying the national flag at half mast,” the PM said.
