Today is a national day of mourning in Albania as a sign of pain and prayer for the victims of the tragedy occurred a few days ago in Greece when the collision between two trains claimed the lives of 57 people.
"Albania will honour the victims of the tragedy with a day of mourning, symbolically joining neighbouring Greece with the flag lowered at half mast," the PM wrote earlier on social media.
Meanwhile, Greece has declared three days of mourning.
57 people died when a passenger train collided with a freight train a few days ago in Larissa, Greece.
According to the Greek media, 130 people have been wounded, 66 people are receiving hospital treatment, while six of the passengers are in a critical condition.
