73 Albanians have died as a result of the tragic earthquake that hit Turkey a week ago. The chairman of the Association of Culture and Solidarity of Albanians, Evren Kaya told KosovaPress that 70 Albanians have died in Kahramanmaras and three others have died in Hatay.
Meanwhile, he criticizes Kosovo's embassy in Turkey for failing to assist families affected by the earthquake.
Kaya also says that Albanians who live in earthquake-stricken areas are afraid of returning to their homes. He added that so far, only one Albanian family has been pulled out of the rubbles alive.
