Meta accuses justice system of allowing widespread corruption

The leader of the second largest opposition party, the Freedom Party declared today during a meeting with party senior officials, that this political force has often sacrificed for the sake of true opposition and pluralism in Albania.

According to the former president, the government’s goal is to destroy pluralism and the country’s opposition.

Meta said that the justice system’s failure to act in time against big corruption scandals is giving the government a chance to steal hundreds of millions of euros. The Freedom Party leader also pointed the finger of blame at the PM for the widespread corruption in the country.
