Democrat MP, Jorida Tabaku today in parliament spoke about the government's decision to increase salaries , but also focused on the May 14 local government elections, by saying that the opposition must also be blamed for this.
According to the democrat lawmaker, this pay increase for public sector employees was long due.
While considering the government's promise for pay increases as an attempt to control most municipalities and blaming the opposition for the voters' boycott, Tabaku said the country can only be saved if trust in politics is restored.
The democrat MP also had a message for opposition leader, Sali Berisha by saying that many expected to see his supremacy after the elections, "but all they say was a defeat".
