Begaj begins official visit to Italy

Albanian president, Bajram Begaj has begun an official visit to Italy.

Today, the Albanian head of the state will be received by his Italian counterpart, Sergio Mattarella. The talks will focus on Albania's EU integration and the two heads of state are also expected to reconfirm the excellent bilateral relations that exist between both countries.

Albania's contribution in the Western Balkan region and other issues geopolitical issues willalso  be part of the talks between the two heads of state.
