In his address at the UN General Assembly in New York, Serbia’s president, Aleksandar Vucic attacked Kosovo and the great powers. “Borrowing” Putin’s vocabulary, he accused what he considered to be “Albin Kuti’s separatist regime” of using violence against Serbs in Kosovo.
“Last week, Albin Kurti said in Brussels that Serbs will pay and will suffer. How can they make a mockery of humanity and international order,” Vucic said referring to Kosovo as a province of Serbia.
The Serbian president accused the West, in particular the US and Germany, of violating the UN charter. He claimed he will even go against Serbia’s traditional ally, Russia, to support Ukraine’s territorial integrity.
