Lights, camera, Balkans: Pogradec welcomes Film and Cuisine Festival

June 26, 2024 — Last night, Pogradec came alive with the opening of the Balkan Film and Cuisine Festival, set against the backdrop of Lake Ohrid. Over the next five days, this picturesque city will host filmmakers, producers, and cinema lovers from across the Balkans.

The festival kicked off at the "Odeon" with the premiere of "Sophie," directed by Eduard Grishaj, a film already gaining acclaim.
